We have great offices in Brighton opposite the beach and near the pier if you want to work in the office full or part-time – or you can work fully remotely if you prefer.

About the role
As a Strategist you will be a senior member of our paid media team and report directly to the Head of Paid Media. You will be responsible for the paid media activities across a portfolio of clients, leading successful campaigns across various media platforms. You will work with senior clients.
We will expect you to create and lead the paid media strategy for your accounts and keep your clients ahead of the game by keeping up to date with paid media trends and developments and anticipating your clients’ longer-term needs.
We will ask you to manage and coach a team of paid media specialists, to work on new business with the business growth team, and to contribute to product and department development.
Our clients work across a variety of sectors and markets. You must be interested in other cultures and what makes people tick. Connecting cultures is central to our work and to achieving the best results for our clients.
Your responsibilities will include creating the paid media account strategy and roadmap, as well as defining targeting structures and any bid optimisation approach. The role will also involve tactical planning and reporting. You will mentor and develop junior members of the team and quality assure their work.
You will build strong relationships with your clients and communicate your strategy, and tactics clearly, as well as reporting on performance, always looking for ways to evolve and improve all aspects of what we do.

If you have experience of programmatic that would be a bonus, but not essential.
You may already be a strategist looking for more responsibility, or you may be someone ready to step into a strategist role.
Language skills are welcome given our client portfolio, but certainly not essential. Our team and clients speak and work in English, working alongside our multilingual LIME network.
