Paid Media Strategist
We are looking for a Paid Media Strategist to join our rapidly growing Media team. The role will involve working as part of our multidisciplinary team to service a portfolio of Paid Search clients.

About the role
As a senior member of our Paid Media team you will be responsible for the success of Paid Media activities across a portfolio of clients, ensuring campaigns across various media platforms are optimised to meet and exceed client KPIs.
This role is less about the day-to-day and more about the top-level. Leadership, team management, new business, longer-term thinking, product development, and anticipating client needs are key areas for the Paid Media Strategist.
Comfortable with complex rationales and able to conceptualise for senior clients as well as the wider business, you will work well under pressure and are used to tight deadlines. Good management skills will also be expected as managing and developing team members will also a key responsibility.
Being an evangelist for the International nature of our services is not just an expectation but is central to our work, consistently used as a means to outsmart our competition. This is a high-impact role and so quality & consistency whilst keeping a commercial mindset will be paramount.
Responsibilities will include creating, owning and coaching the overall account strategy and roadmap as well as defining targeting structures and bid optimisation approach. The role will also involve creating and evolving client reporting, client communication and tactical planning. In addition you will be a QA point for the team, mentoring and developing junior members.
We are looking for someone to join our Paid Media team who can take ownership of client relationships and really add strategic value to both our engagements and our Paid Media offering going forward.
To do this you will need…
- Proven experience of providing a professional service to clients within an agency environment
- Evidence of developing commercially successful strategies
- Experience of building and sustaining strong mutually beneficial client relationships
- Experience in product and process development and optimisation
- Focus on details, problem solving and pro-active approach to campaign management
- Language skills are by no means essential but are welcome due to the nature of the client portfolio
