I have worked in Account Management and Business Development throughout my entire career and specifically within Digital Marketing for the last 16 years at several leading Global Digital Agencies.
What’s your favourite part of helping businesses to grow internationally?
Getting to learn how different businesses approach their International Growth, which markets are key for certain sectors, and being able to devise strategies to deliver against ambitious businesses objectives.
What do you enjoy most about collaborating with diverse teams and cultures?
The great part about the work we do at Oban is seeing how audiences and behaviour can be affected by market, language and culture, and how understanding and reacting to this can drive stronger more cost-effective performances.

What’s your favourite part of helping businesses to grow internationally?
I really enjoy the analysis where we spot opportunities for improvement and growth and create strategies which drive faster better performance. Even more so when we win awards for our work!
What do you enjoy most about collaborating with diverse teams and cultures?
You learn something new every single time. Although it now feels as if we are part of one huge global market, there are still so many subtle and individual nuances to explore, that really make a difference to how individual markets respond to our work. Embrace Difference is our core value, and we reap the benefit of taking that approach every day.

My job is to get to the heart of what new clients are trying to achieve – and what’s standing in their way – so we can shape digital strategies that make a real difference and fuel their international growth.
I’ve worked in a variety of positions across social media, international strategy and client services before moving into my current role leading New Business.
What’s your favourite part of helping businesses to grow internationally?
I love being able to work with truly global brands and help them grow their performance across multiple markets. Understanding how audience behaviour and expectations can differ across countries is fascinating and through Oban’s LIME network I’ve learned so much about the power of localisation and how to harness cultural insights to drive better results.
What do you enjoy most about collaborating with diverse teams and cultures?
I enjoy the fresh ideas and perspectives that working with a diverse team brings. There is never a shortage of innovation, and we are constantly challenged to consider different ways of thinking when working with people from a variety of different backgrounds – it’s a treasure trove of expertise, culture and knowledge!

I have spent 10+ years working in international Paid Media, focusing on strategy, tactical delivery and team development.
What’s your favourite part of helping businesses to grow internationally?
The variety of objectives, cultures, consumer challenges and all the learning that comes along with doing the work we do for our clients. It’s never a dull day in the office!
What do you enjoy most about collaborating with diverse teams and cultures?
I love the variety of perspectives and possibilities! I think there isn’t a more current or interesting challenge, for both marketing experts and leaders today, than looking at the highspeed globalised world and developing impactful solutions with their teams. What’s your favourite part of helping businesses to grow internationally?
Helping our clients find solutions to their problems! Getting to know them and understand what their business needs are and developing strategies to achieve this. I love tackling the challenges.
What do you enjoy most about collaborating with diverse teams and cultures?
Everything! Life really would be so boring if we were all the same! Travel and experiencing different cultures has always fascinated me. Being in a position to apply this thinking to the work we do to understand and embrace how our language, approach, imagery and more needs to differ in each and every market is what keeps every day exciting and different.

I have over 10 years’ experience shaping international strategies and leading award winning cross-functional teams.
What’s your favourite part of helping businesses to grow internationally?
I’m passionate about all things performance marketing and the extra impact that tech developments are bringing to digital marketing campaigns. Innately curious and competitive, I love spotting opportunities for consistent YoY growth, for our long-standing clients.
What do you enjoy most about collaborating with diverse teams and cultures?
Having previously worked in California and Singapore, I know firsthand how important it is to adapt your approach for different cultures. Working with Oban’s LIME network is my favourite part of the job! It’s easy to view the world through one lens but the way in which people search, communicate and interact online differs around the world and with so many subtle nuances to explore with our LIME network, every day is different!

I have over 25 years’ experience providing tactical and strategic HR advice. Prior to Oban I have worked in Financial Services, Management Consultancy and Technology.

I get a great sense of satisfaction seeing the incredible work our team produces and also love the fast paced nature of our industry. Our teams’ ability to innovate and adapt to this ever changing landscape always leaves me in awe.
