Sarah is the CEO at Oban and leads the strategy and culture for the business. She joined Oban as CEO in 2017, having been a non-executive Director beforehand. Sarah has 30 years experience in media and marketing communications. She has held a variety of senior management roles, with a focus on strategy, communications and business planning. Previously she has worked at Ogilvy, McCann Ericsson, MBS Media, Initiative Group and Spark, working with a range of clients including Nestle, Unilever, Danone, Sony, Waitrose, Bacardi and Aviva, amongst others.

Greig is Oban International’s Founder. Prior to setting up Oban, Greig worked at the British Council in Spain and the Middle East and then as a lecturer in International Web Communications at Brighton University. Greig started Oban in 2002 as the forerunner in cultural localisation. He speaks at a variety of industry events on culturalisation and Oban’s unique LIME network.

James is our HR Director and also Head of Operations, with responsibility for Oban’s people and culture, as well as the smooth running of the day to day operations of the business.
James joined Oban in 2013 having spent six years at SunGard Consulting (now part of FIS) as Operations Manager. Before that, his career focus was HR, working within IT, Consulting and Telecoms.

Suzie is the Managing Director at Oban working across the client services, new business and project management teams. She joined Oban in 2018.
Suzie has over 10 years Digital Experience having previously worked at Rakuten Marketing, iCrossing and Fresh Egg. She has worked across a wide variety of clients including Hilton Hotels, Sky, EDF, Compare The Market, La Redoute, Surfdome, Harveys Furniture, Reed.co.uk and many more.

Chloë is Director of New Business, with over 10 years’ experience in digital marketing. Previously working within the client services team, she has led a range of accounts at Oban, but now focuses on helping new clients create scalable strategies for global growth.

Mike is Head of Technology and Data at Oban. He joined Oban as Head of Delivery in 2017, responsible for the development and delivery of all service lines. His focus now is on the opportunities technology and data are creating for our clients.
Mike has over 10 years’ experience as a digital marketing and data specialist, previously working at iCrossing and Rakuten. He has industry-leading experience across key clients such as Apple, Sky, Hilton, L’Oréal, EDF and TK Maxx.

Jules is Head of Paid Media, leading the paid media team and keeping Oban up to speed with this fast-moving discipline. He joined Oban in 2016 and has 10 years’ experience as an International Paid Media expert. He is passionate about driving excellent performance and has won multiple awards with Oban’s clients.

Dave has been with Oban International since 2021 as Head of Organic. With 19 years’ of experience in SEO, client and agency side, Dave knows that SEO never stands still. An expert in International SEO Dave has previously worked with some of the world’s biggest, most global brands.

Charlotte is one of two Client Services Directors at Oban. She has 10 years’ experience in international marketing. Charlotte joined the business growth team at Oban but her passion for performance marketing and building long term partnerships with our clients led to a move into Client Services. Charlotte previously worked in California and Singapore, managing international marketing campaigns for several global tech brands.

Susie is one of two Client Services Directors at Oban, leading a portfolio of clients. Susie has over ten years working in digital marketing with international brands across a range of sectors. She has previously worked in social media and content marketing before moving into client services.
