We’re growing fast and are looking for a Paid Media Strategist to join our award-winning team.

We operate fully hybrid working, which means that you can work from our Brighton office or from home—whatever suits you best. No matter where you work we make sure we get together a couple of times a month in person.

About the role

As a Paid Media Strategist, you’ll be a key member of our paid media team. You’ll take ownership of a portfolio of clients, leading strategy and delivering high-performing campaigns across multiple platforms.

You’ll work with senior stakeholders, shaping long-term paid media strategies and ensuring your clients stay ahead in an ever-evolving landscape.

You’ll also play an important role internally, mentoring team members, contributing to new business, and helping us continue to develop our offering.


What you’ll be doing

  • Leading paid media strategy across a portfolio of international clients
  • Planning and executing campaigns across multiple platforms
  • Defining targeting approaches, account structures, and bid strategies
  • Analysing performance and delivering clear, actionable insights
  • Building strong, trusted relationships with clients
  • Presenting strategy, results, and recommendations with confidence
  • Mentoring and supporting junior team members
  • Contributing to new business pitches and product development

Our clients span a wide range of industries and global markets, so an interest in different cultures—and what drives people—is key.


About you

You’ll have:

  • Experience delivering paid media campaigns for clients
  • An established understanding of Paid e-commerce activities at large…
    • Experience with Search: Google Ads mainly, Microsoft Ads a plus
    • Experience with Social: Meta & TikTok
  • A track record of building and executing successful strategies
  • Strong client management and communication skills
  • Solid campaign management and optimisation experience

  • Detail-oriented, with a high standard of work
  • A proactive problem-solver
  • Commercially minded
  • Keen to develop your leadership and management skills

Experience in programmatic is a bonus, but not essential.

You might already be a strategist looking for more responsibility, or ready to step up into a strategic role.

Language skills are welcome given our international client base, but not required—our team operates in English alongside our multilingual LIME network.
