We’re delighted to share some exciting news. Oban has been honoured with an award that recognises our efforts in creating a great workplace environment. The UK Best Workplaces™ 2024 list, curated by Great Place To Work®, has included us among the top 100 companies in the small category.
We’re especially proud that 94% of our employees believe Oban International is a great place to work, which is well above the UK average of 54%.
Great Place To Work® conducted a thorough survey involving over 250,000 employees to identify companies that excel in areas like trust, respect, fairness, and camaraderie. They have recognised us for creating a supportive and inclusive work culture.
